Administrator of the Year
This category is designed to recognise an individual who has gone above and beyond supporting and engaging with different parts of an organisation. This outstanding person holds the business together with their support, consistency, hard work and dedication.
You can submit up to two (2) supporting materials in the form of documents or videos. This can include third party references or press releases if you feel they will support the application.
Please note that any supporting evidence must have taken place since 1st January 2025.
Diversity Champion Award
An award for an individual, male ally, team, or organisation initiating and leading action(s) to remove barriers, improve the working experience, engagement levels of employees and create an environment where individuals feel a sense of belonging, this award is to recognise those committed to developing an environment which promotes equality of opportunity, values, and diversity.

Excellence Award (Business)
This award recognises an individual within the business function of an organisation, whether in manufacturing, sales, or service delivery, who has made a significant impact within the fire safety industry. Through strategic direction, operational excellence, and a commitment to innovation, they have driven positive change and elevated professional standards. Their leadership has contributed to successful projects, business growth, and improved fire safety outcomes.

Excellence Award (Fire Consultant)
This award recognises an individual working in fire consultancy—such as fire risk assessors, advisors, or fire safety specialists—who has made a significant impact on improving fire safety and raising professional standards. Through their involvement in key projects, development of practical solutions, or delivery of expert guidance, they have demonstrated leadership, integrity, and a commitment to excellence. Respected by peers as a role model, their work has not only enhanced safety outcomes but also supported the growth and competency of others within the fire safety profession.

Global Research Award

Their work has informed policy, enhanced professional understanding, and supported the development of safer communities worldwide. Through their dedication, they have driven progress, inspired others, and helped shape the future of fire safety.

Inclusive Company Award
This category is designed to recognise a company or collective who have taken proactive steps to help continuously improve diversity and culture within the industry. You can submit up to two (2) supporting materials in the form of documents or videos.

International Rising Star Award
The International Rising Star Award will be awarded to an individual of any age who has shown exceptional potential in just a short period of time in the fire safety industry (max. 4 years) outside of the United Kingdom.
This individual is someone who strives to achieve success and results and who is recognised by others as having the potential to become a future leader within the industry.
International Woman of the Year
This Award is to recognise women in all areas of the fire safety industry whose examples serve to inspire our next generation and deserve recognition for their daily excellence. The Woman of the Year Award will be awarded to an individual, whose achievements and abilities have been recognised as above and beyond expectations. They will have demonstrated exceptional best practice, skills and qualities that will have made an impact on people, organisations, and the industry outside of the United Kingdom.
The nomination for this Award should outline what the nominee has accomplished, outline their professional competence, and describe the impact of their achievements through concrete examples. The candidate can submit up to two (2) supporting materials in the form of documents or videos. This can include third party references or press releases if you feel they will support the application. Please note that any supporting evidence must have taken place since 1st January 2025.
